Options:
This is a daemon to handle incoming messages. The daemon has a list of plugins, that it will execute every N seconds. All plugins must be available on the Perl include paths (@INC). The easy way is to put your plugins in the plugins dir ($COMMUNICATOR_ROOT/etc/plugins).
